Cursor pagination

Every list endpoint returns records newest first. Set limit from 1 to 100; the default is 25. The response carries nextCursor:

}

Pass that value back as cursor to get the next page. null means you have reached the end.

Treat the cursor as opaque: do not parse it or build your own. Records created while you page appear at the front of the list, so they do not shift the pages you have still to read.
