A patient taps a results-ready text, signs in with a one-time code, reads and downloads a released report, books a follow-up, pays an invoice and sends a secure message. Each action shows up on the practice side as it happens.

Results Access
Patients read and download their reports once the practice releases them. Results can release when the report is signed, a set number of days later, or only when staff release them, and ClariRad sets up the option each practice chooses. Staff can release a result early or withhold one with a reason.

Self-service appointment scheduling with real-time availability. Patients can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments 24/7.
Invoice Payments
View outstanding invoices and pay online via credit card or direct debit. Payment plans available for larger balances.
Secure Messaging
HIPAA-compliant messaging between patients and practice staff. Patients can ask questions, request copies, and receive updates.
Notifications
Email and SMS when results are ready, appointments are confirmed or invoices are due. Patients can turn SMS or email off in their profile, or reply STOP to a text. If a released report is later updated, the patient gets an email saying so.
Secure Authentication
Patients can switch on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app and get one-time backup codes for when their phone is not with them. It stays optional, so no patient has to enrol. Email verification, account lockout and session management protect every account.
Mobile Responsive
Fully responsive design works on any device. Patients can access their portal from smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser.
